Connectivity, perfect location. Excellent value for money

Breakfast was not part of the booking. The room and bathroom were very clean and the room was warm which was great as it was very cold outside. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding spotless. I had very early start the next morning but I slept really well in a very clean, comfortable bed and felt good even though I was up at 04.00am! I have stayed at CityStay on a previous trip and was pleased that everything was still as good.

Dirt. Cold. Leaking boiler. Filthy refrigerator. Rats. Fleas. Dead flies. Taking rubbish out not allowed, ended up with fifteen trillion rubbish bags which only encouraged the rats. No lights, microwave, toaster. If you have any respect for yourself, sleep on a nearby bench.

Only good thing about the location, Literally DLR station is next step from the Hotel.

I didn’t have breakfast because I stayed only one night and I had to leave at 7am in the morning for my engagement. I arrived at the hotel from the airport early (10.40am), check in was 2pm so I liked that I could sit in the lounge until 1pm to be booked into my room as I had requested an early 1pm check-in.

The hotel is a good location, with tv studios 10mins away, DLR station beside and plenty of pubs/food options.

It's cheap, clean, and fairly central

Great connections with the hotel being right next to a dlr station and only a short walk to Bow Road station. Room did its job for the cheap price.

It's the best value hotel in london. Sure, it's a bit dated in terms of decor but for a midweek stay for £55 you really can't argue with it! Location is great for London too.
